He played his List A debut match on 24 September 2019. He played this match for Bengal in the 2019–20 Vijay Hazare Trophy. 

First Class Match:

He played his first-class debut match on 25 December 2019. He also played this match for Bengal in the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy.

IPL Career:

Deep was included in the Royal Challengers Bangalore squad in August 2021. He only joined them for the second phase of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. It was held in the UAE. He joined the Royal Challengers Bangalore for the Indian Premier League tournament in February 2022.
